Invalid URI: The Uri string is too long.

When I'm trying to access the function: "BuildWithParameters", and have a very long parameter (for example file content), I get this error: Invalid URI: The Uri string is too long. That's because the parameters are transferred via the URL in the POST request. Is there any way to fix it ? In my tries, I tried to use the function: "UploadValues" in System.Net.WebClient, and it is working.
