Drop support for Java 8

In order to use Java 11 specific improvements and concentrate the use of limited resources in the most efficient way, we think it's good thing that Backlog4j no longer supports Java 8. So the next release, 2.6.0 will drop support for Java 8 and will require java 11 or newer version.
