Guns akimbo and ammo bug

Vanilla bug.

If you have akimbo powerup and you have 5 shotgun ammo, 2 guns will be displayed. After you go below 4, only 1 gun will be displayed and used. This is fine. But after you pick up some more shotgun ammo while still having the guns akimbo it won't change back to 2 guns, only if you switch to another weapon and then back to shotgun.

The tommy gun doesn't have this issue.

Flare gun has only cosmetic issue: only when you are not firing it shows 1 gun.

The napalm launcher is also different. It shows 1 gun when you are below 4 ammo. It should only show 1 gun when you are below 2. But when you firing it shows 2 and fires 2 ammo. Even if you have only 1 ammo it fires two from 2 launchers.

Fixing the shotgun and napalm launcher would make demos desync.
