I think we can close this issue, and reopen if this occurs on non starved run.

Fixed by https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/17738 (keep in mind that unbound concurrency on the client side will still break - ddl requests will fail)

or even delete the whole test if it purpose is only to manually break the data and see what happens, in v2 the list should never get out of sync.
