Issues where the tunnel is not properly working don't seem to properly bubble to the end user, at least for mysql

It would be great as a part of this to surface a separate RPC that allows testing just the bastion host. This will act as a good sanity check to ensure that Neosync can at least connect to the host, vs the database itself.
