[NEOS-1180] Would be great to mark fields in AI generate as default to defer to database

This is useful for fields that are default generated like ID, CreatedAt, UpdatedAt. We don't really want AI to generate these, just the meat of the data.

Would be great if out jobs allows opting for those fields to not be included in the auto generated sample data or in the final data and instead just deferred to the database.
