Too many notifications
Describe the bug
These days, there are warnings about bad weather conditions from DWD. The problem being, that I get those notifications every few minutes and each of them appear to be the same. No matter how I confirm the notifications, even when going into the app and clicking on the "Mark confirmed" button in the header both on all and on my locations, they still come in as new notifications soon after.
Expected behavior
One I confirmed a notification I'm not expecting to get notified about that again, even if the source re-pushes that alert.

It seems manually marking the warning as read prevents it from becoming a new notification again. Which isn't the best workflow.
Honestly, dismissing a notification should count as it having been read. Or at least add some buttons to the notification so they can be marked as such. As it is now, it's impossible to prevent notification spam without going into the app.
Other than that, this is a great app, thanks a lot ofr making it :)
