Support multi-language CAP Alerts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. CAP alerts can contain information and instructions in multiple languages. Currently, we only display the main language.

Describe the solution you'd like We should introduce a way to display the alert in other languages and, if possible, show the alert in the device's current language settings.

Additional context The XML may contain multiple info tags that contain a language tag that may contain a "Code Values: Natural language identifier per [RFC 3066]." see CAP docu
