The glitches appear on older devices with LOS and are not a problem with FOSS Warn itself, but a problem on Flutter's side. Here is the issue: https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/105093

The upstream problem seems to be solved with the current stable version of Flutter. We should check if this fixes the problem and then close this issue as well.

I think with the new API that has been used for a few versions, the data usage should be fine. If not, feel free to reopen this issue.
