I directly copied the scoreboard tag in the demonstration after configuration, but it seems that this item is not displayed in the game menu. Is this a bug?

Have you restarted your server or reloaded the config (sm_store_reloadconfig)?

Do you have the store_item_cpsupport.smx module?
