LICENSE file missing

The README.md mentions one should look for LICENSE for details. However, there is no such file.

I digged from mustang.gemspec that it's the MIT license, but it would be best if the readme itself at least named the license, so one wouldn't need to search for the LICENSE file to see just what kind of license is used.

Would it be possible to add the license to this project in the LICENSE file? I also found that the README mentions a LICENSE file but none exists.
