Some MSVC runtime library may be missing. Can you try installing them? You can download x64/x86 installer here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2015-2017-2019-and-2022

I ran into a similar error:

ERROR: CoreAudioToolbox.dll: Module not found.

after I uninstalled iTunes thinking I had borrowed the files I needed. Installing the MSVC runtime fixed that.

FWIW, I resorted to installing iTunes because the packaging seems to have changed; couldn't find an AppeApplicationSupport msi file in iTunes64Setup.exe, nor in the iTunes64.msi file it contains
