Don't work correctly Fn keys

Please help me with Fn keys. Only increase/decrease sound works correctly with Fn + F10/F11/F12. Could you help me with Fn + F1...F9? I attached my efi.zip. Thank you. EFI.zip

@vitbon @nglequduph Fn + F9 also not working with me. I noted it is the known problem in the documents. When I know how to fix it, I will inform you. Thanks for the info to me.
