Cant activate my nProbe license for ntopng Enterprise L (academic)

Hi,

I am tying to activate my nProbe License, using the license from ntopng that has one nprobe, but it states that its wrong systemId or product? I and cant use it has is. Thank you.

"Version 10.4.240403 System ID L9762F1067104A1D2--U9762F1061B077D73--OL License Status Invalid license (/etc/nprobe.license) [License mismatch (check systemId, product version, or host date/time)]"
