ntopng cannot capture traffic from fritzbox

Hi, not really the most experienced person on this field but, i tryed the script fritzdump.sh but it is unable to display traffics nor flaws. but fritzbox display that capturing routing is working when scritp is on. I tryed different IFACE such eth0, lan etc... but nothing change.
