Mask Exporter IP Address

In case of asymmetric traffic, it might be important to mask collected flows as if they are collected from the same probe that for topological reason is partitioned in multiple probes.

It would be nice to add nProbe the ability to force the exporter IP address to as specific value set on the command line.
