Add collected flow traffic/packet rate

In collector mode nProbe should

• account and dump with -b 1 not just the processes traffic but also the unsampled traffic as observed by the probe (e.g. sFlow and sampled-NetFlow)
• export the above information via ZMQ on the stats topic
