[cento] aggreggated balanced-egress-queue

When specifying multiplue input interfaces Cento will create balanced egress queues for each interface. It would be nice to be able to create a set of balanced queues for the aggregated input intrerfaces rather than each one individually.

i.e. if we have eth{0,1,2,3} it would be nice to aggregate the input from these interfaces and then output to x queues.

We will discuss internally if this feature should be implemented, as it would be a bottleneck even with relatively low traffic. In the meantime please note it is possible to aggregate up to 2 ingress interfaces at capture time (e.g. -i zc:eth1,zc.eth2)
