only detect postgresql in tcp response

@INT2ECALL , I am not sure I am understanding the issue here. While some protocols are detected at the first packet, some are detected correlating two packets (usually one for directions) to avoid false positives. Postgress classification belong to the latter, so a Postgress flow is always classified after a request and a response.
