Regarding updated nDPI document

Hi, I am trying to understand the API in nDPI but the documents available seem old. Please upload the detailed ones with brief explanations of important source code files. Also, can you give me a brief idea about protocol bitmask. What I get is it's the rules that are to be followed for protocol detection? Thank you.

Starting with 8e6de00ce3ccded0666301f9157ab01ea9402330, there is a novel approach to provide nDPI with some up2date documentation. However, I think we can use this issue for such topics.
