Support Discontinuous Scales in XYFrame

Currently the only implicit support in xScaleType and yScaleType is for continuous scales like scaleLinear, scalePow or scaleTime. It does not handle being passed scaleOrdinal and other bucketed scales where range is not passed in the same way.

Likewise, polylinear scales should also be handled.
