Ability to search for notebooks?

Greetings,

This may already be documented somewhere , but it it possible to search for a notebook. As a project or instance grows, it may make it easier to share amongst a larger team if one could search for a notebook they're looking for.

Issue #86 has some thinking about search.

Per storage provider, we'd need to have some way to build and present an index to the frontend. 🤔 Thoughts?
