tiny11 wont boot only the logo shows and it restart and wont boot again

so i have been dealing with making tiny11 as it was new for every guide seem to be out dated and no one had explain much about the installation I waited for hours for tiny 11 creation when finally it is created it wont boot when i run the installer in windows and in bios please help
