Delete strange oscdimg.exe, too.

You can automatically download a signed Oscdimg binary directly from Microsoft without having to install Windows ADK https://github.com/ntdevlabs/tiny11builder/pull/43#issuecomment-1501074660.

This would be more seamless than having to install Windows ADK just for the Oscdimg binary.

Thank you for tying to improve things.

But your change seems incomplete. (e.g. binary still there). Changes something about Edge in an unrelated change and has no proper commit messages or not PR description.

And there are other solutions as posted by the other users. Again, thank you, but I think you can close this PR.
