Fails to Cleanup-Image

This line fails

'dism' '/English' "/image:$mainOSDrive\scratchdir" '/Cleanup-Image' '/StartComponentCleanup' '/ResetBase' >null

if you remove >null you will see the error

Error: 0x800f0806

The operation could not be completed due to pending operations.

Tested on Windows 11 23H2 Image

This can only be done in audit mode or after first installation as restart.xml flag is present and component store can't be cleaned without restarting.

Maybe it helps to enable ResetBase from Registry and unload and reloading the WIM But it will take a lot of Time, so i didn't tested it
