tiny11 should remove optional features, most of the deprecated ones

we need PR to remove these nasty features.

I would only keep

  • Hello (adding it back causes issues)
  • Step Recorder still required for feedback hub

all others are either deprecated or could be added later on.

Have you tried the Remove-WindowsCapability cmdlet?
