Updated code to check for Install.esd file in /sources and convert to Install.wim

Script changes to handle Install.esd instead of Install.wim in the ISO file

  1. Check for Install.esd in the /sources folder
  2. Convert Install.esd to Install.wim after xcopy
  3. Delete Install.esd before finishing the ISO
