If you don't understand what that means, basically you have a setting in all 3 sections [Frame, Toolbar, and Toolbar fields] of the theme you are using called "Apply page colors." This basically changes the theme based on the main theme color of the website you are on. By default, this is selected only in the Frames section, so to solve it, just deselect the check box for the "Apply page colors." If you don't want the main webpage color theme to change your browser theme at all, just deselect the check box for all 3 categories.
