I am still a bit hesitant to merge this, because I imagine there are users that want to have multiple subscriptions?

Just passing by: Then a simple boolean option in the settings Disable subscribe button on webpages with an existing feed, probably by default set to true, would solve the issue, I believe.

In addition, manually adding a new feed, even if for an existing webpage, could be an option to overcome this restriction if needed.
