HTTP feeds stop reload/refresh when HTTPS-Only Mode is enabled (for Firefox >83)

Describe the bug HTTPS-only mode in Firefox 83 & above will break HTTP feeds from refreshing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable HTTPS-Only Mode in all windows
2. Livemarks will cease reload for HTTP feeds. HTTPS feeds will still be functional.
3. Disable HTTPS-Only Mode and HTTP-only feeds will resume reloading/refreshing again.

Expected behavior Livemarks to bypass HTTPS-Only mode for HTTP feeds.

I don't think we can bypass HTTPS-only mode.
