Mark All as Read

This is the best substitute for what Firefox stole from us. It even adds an option to mark the folder as all read, so I don't have to open it, and that's great!

But sometimes I look at all the livemarks in a folder and there are only a few I want to read. It would be great if I could read those, then mark the rest as Read, so I can see that little checkmark on the folder and not take the time to go looking.

Seems like it would be any easy add, but I'm no developer so what do I know? lol Your work is appreciated!
