Support Firefox for Android

This extension seems to almost work on Android. That's great, as Live Bookmarks never worked on mobile.

Let's see if we can make some minor adjustments and fix anything that prevents this extension from functioning correctly on Android.

As I recall, just the UI, but I'd have to try it again. You should be able to run it in an Android emulator if you don't have a device handy.
