SSL Handshake Failed Error

I'm getting the error Exit with code 1 due to network error: SslHandshakeFailedError when running this. Have seen similar issues but no resolution over at wkhtmltopdf. Just wondering if off hand there are any suggestions for resolving this? I've tried updating things, such as openssl, libcurl. Thanks

I haven't had this happen yet. Can you provide an example where the issue occurs? Some related posts to this seem to mention that there may be an issue with the web page itself (but of course that's speculation without having checked)
