I'm not even sure if this is related to the action failure (it probably is), but hm actually it's not using an arm Qt? We'd need Qt6 apparently? Works fine for CEmu at least so we might not be too far.

For Qt 5 there are no upstream binaries.

You can try building that branch, it might just work (tm).
