Having this issue on a iPhone 6s on 14.2, i selected the directories for my files and made sure they were all set to read and write. Help requested!

Probably not a file permission issue (like on Android), but rather something with JIT?

Not sure what that is, i just got the boot1 and flash files from a friend, dropped them in and got this error

We should probably add some error code next to that error message, because that's hard to diagnose 😅

I will very soon try Firebird on the latest OS (15.0.2 now, which happens to be compatible with the 6s too, still) so I'll check if I see anything out of the ordinary. I may end up providing a new test build here just in case...

Sounds good, thanks :)

Alright I've been able to try on the latest OS from the latest code built yesterday and emulation starts just fine. So I'm not sure what's going on. I suppose we will have to add an error code to diagnose this further on your side.

Just did some testing of my own and got the same boot1 and flash files working on a Galaxy S9+

Also another issue i'm encountering on 1.5 on all three of my devices is that i have to put the boot1 and flash files in the actual firebird folder as it cannot see in any other folder, is this expected?
