Bad write_word error

I've collected all the images and put them on my PC but when I try to use the emulator, I keep getting the following error:

Warning (0000b898): Bad write_word: a4028274 00000000

What does it mean, and how can I fix it? Thanks.

Which calc do you emulate? How did you create the flash image?
