Is it possible to add any gene annotation to the visual output as in svviz (--annotations file.bed)?

Unfortunately this is not possible and I’m unlikely to have the time to add any major new features to svviz2 moving forward. Pull requests are welcomed, however, if you feel like this is something you’re able to tackle yourself.
