I'd like to submit two changes :

1. VM destroy confirmation prompt
2. Possibility to specify host:port as vsphere.host (e.g : vsphere.host = 'localhost:446')

I have done both mods (pretty easy though).

Shoud I spend the time needed to make a branch and a pull request ?
