Update user documentation to remove references to DataGranules()

See related #990: Deprecated DataGranules() methods are still being referenced, at least in the https://earthaccess.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/restricted-datasets/ tutorial. We need to address this tutorial and ensure no other references to deprecated methods exist in our user docs.
