Discuss binder stability issues

I ran into an error with Binder:

Solving environment: ...working... Error during build: ('Connection broken: IncompleteRead(0 bytes read)', IncompleteRead(0 bytes read))

I believe Binder is on shaking ground - how can we ensure our Binder link is working correctly?
