Add example bug / feature pull requests to contributing docs

Find an earthaccess PR for a bugfix and feature. They should be:

  • Small
  • Explainable
  • Include unit tests

They should be linked at or near where we currently say "Create at least one test that exercises your feature and run the test suite as you go" and "Create one or more new tests to demonstrate the bug and observe them fail"
