Move lengthy tutorials from earthaccess to Openscapes cookbook

Proposed Change

• Identify which tutorials are broad and take a long time to build
• Move them to the Openscapes Cookbook and remove them from the earthaccess docs

Why

During the work to release version 0.15.0 at today's earthaccess hackday, @saberbrasher, @betolink , @andypbarrett , @itcarroll, and myself ran into lengthy build times for the documentation of earthaccess. We wondered whether some of the tutorial notebooks, especially the length ones, should instead be located in the Openscapes Earthdata Cookbook rather than in the earthaccess documentation.
