Added support for %extra_argument

The idea is to simulate c #define by parsing the output file generated from lempar.go, and replace tags by extra parameter code

Hm, not sure about this patch. Well, if it works for you, use it. Golemon is not exactly a very actively maintained project of mine. I did it back then as a quick hack (omg 11 years ago), and never used since then.
