HiC-Pro available in the cloud ?

No, HiC-Pro is not available on the Cloud. However, I would suggest you to use the nf-core-hic pipeline which is the new HiC-Pro generation :) https://github.com/nf-core/hic

Currently, HiC-Pro and the nf-core-hic pipelines give very similar results, as it is 'just' a Nextlow implementation of HiC-Pro. But more analysis step will come in the next months. All nf-core pipelines are available on the cloud.
