@seligerf I think that if you upgrade PyCountry that should resolve the issue see how Commit 481a0dd has version 22.3.5 on March 5th and then on March 6th PR #51...

@jac32 and @js-9 you are correct this was a transitory issue with the Debian package where we get country data from. It is fixed as of 23.12.7

This is resolved as of 23.12.7 release you can upgrade using `pip install pycountry --upgrade`
