Authenticable doesn't seem to be a word

Knock::Authenticable should probably be renamed to Knock::Authenticatable

I almost changed it at one point but couldn't find enough information on which was better than the other. I found both being used interchangeably.

The rule given by Jose makes sense though, so I'll rename it.
