docs(core): remove nx-go references

I decided to sunset the nx-go plugin and as such I figured it would be better to remove the references from the community plugins list.

There's still a reference in docs/shared/core-tutorial/03-share-assets.md and packages/angular/src/migrations/update-16-1-0/extract-standalone-config-from-bootstrap.spec.ts but I'm not sure how these should be handled.
