docs(nxdev): add guides list on package overview page

Current Behavior

Right now, in a package overview page (eg. Storybook), in the Package Reference section, we only show the list of Executors and Generators.

Expected Behavior

As discussed, I added the list of Guides on the overview page as well.

Marking as draft, because I am unsure of the style guide...
