Latest plugin version not available on WebStorm EAP

Current Behavior

Using the WebStorm 2025.1 EAP (WS-251.23774.34), I'm directed/forced into using the 1.31.0 version of the NX console plugin instead of the most current (1.38 as of this issue).

As a result, I don't have the latest fixes which have been merged and are functioning correctly on later versions.

Expected Behavior

Either have the latest plugin version available when on EAP builds, or publish to EAP channel with only minimum version required.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install WebStorm EAP
2. Install NX Console via notification popup in nx.json or via Settings -> Plugins
3. Open Settings -> Plugins and check the installed version for NX Console
