Prompt / terminal window open every time I save a file

Current Behavior

Every time I save some file in the IDE (WebStorm), a prompt/terminal window (Windows 10) appears and disappears, and sometimes takes focus away from the text editor window.

Expected Behavior

No prompt/terminal window opening and closing at every time I save a file.

Steps to Reproduce

Open any file on WebStorm, modify the file and save. A terminal windows will open and close automatically (no content on window, but I can see it's c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe) - take less than 1 second.

Environment

Nx Console version: 1.28.2 IDE: JetBrains Webstorm 2024.1.5 OS: Windows 10
